Returns & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

Products valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only those received with defects or damage. While we understand that you might have changed your mind, we won't be able to take these items back due to personal hygiene standards and company policy if you open the original packaging.


Change of Mind

If you’ve had a change of heart about an item you have ordered, we’ll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging. Postage will be at your own cost. The product needs to be returned within 7 days.


Damaged on Arrival

If the item you have received is faulty, you must contact us immediately on the day you received the product with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo. Please email a photo of the damaged packaging and/or the products to along with your invoice number.


Incorrect Item

If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery at (03) 88392494 and send the photo via email at

Please don’t dispose of the item until we’ve had a chance to chat with you!
