Change of Mind
If you’ve had a change of heart about an item you have ordered, we’ll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging. Postage will be at your own cost. The product needs to be returned within 7 days.
Damaged on Arrival
If the item you have received is faulty, you must contact us immediately on the day you received the product with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible. You contact us at (03) 88392494 and you can send the photo via email at email@example.com
If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery at (03) 88392494 and send the photo via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please don’t dispose of the item until we’ve had a chance to chat with you!
